(1) The fund shall operate the following social security schemes subject to this Act:-
(a) Drug Treatment and Health Protection Scheme,
(b) Maternity Protection Scheme,
(c) Accident Safety Plan,
(d) Disability Protection Scheme,
(e) Old Age Security Scheme,
(f) Dependent Family Protection Scheme,
(g) Unemployment Assistance Scheme,
(h) Other social security schemes prescribed by the fund.
(2) The fund will operate the social security scheme based on the priorities set by the Government of Nepal (3) The fund may operate the social security scheme under sub-section (1) in a phased manner.
(4) Contributors who contribute to the fund for the specified period will be included in the social security scheme in proportion to their contribution.
